What Is the Difference Between Activation Mode and Rental Mode?

Our service offers two types of numbers: Activation and rental.

  • In the activation mode, you receive a virtual number for a period of 20 to 90 minutes, depending on the selected service. During this time, you can receive an unlimited number of SMS messages from the purchased service.

  • If you have not received an SMS, you can cancel the use of the activation number and receive a full refund to the balance. If you did not manage to cancel the number before the end of the activation period and the number did not receive an SMS, the funds will be automatically refunded to the balance.

    If the desired service is not in the list, select the "Any other" option. This number is suitable for receiving messages from any services not included in our list.
     
  • If you need a number for a longer period of time, you can use rental mode. Numbers are issued for a period from 1 day to 1 year, and you can extend the rental at any time while it is active.

Rental numbers can also be extended. The renewal process is performed by the user through the History tab

It is worth clarifying that not every rental number is available for renewal. The only way to find out is by the user himself on the History tab

Important! After purchase, the rental cannot be canceled or refunded — it remains active until the end of the paid period.

There are two rental options available on our service:

  1. Full rental — access to receive SMS from all services and applications except mobile operators and from some types of financial organizations: banks, microfinance organizations, insurance companies and WebMoney
  2. Rent for a specific service — the number will only work for receiving SMS from the selected service. It is ideal if you need a number to register on a specific platform.
