An Account Already Exists on the Purchased Number

This situation occurs because mobile operators sometimes reissue phone numbers that were previously assigned to other users. When a number is reissued, it may still be linked to existing accounts on certain platforms or services. Unfortunately, no SMS activation service is completely protected from such cases, as it is technically impossible to check and confirm whether a number has been used before completing registration.

If such a number still successfully receives an SMS, the service is considered rendered in full, and in accordance with our Terms of Use, the funds for that activation cannot be refunded.

However, in many cases, the system may display a warning that the number is already linked to an existing account — for example, on services such as Telegram. If you see this notification before requesting the code, we recommend canceling the activation immediately without waiting for the SMS. In such cases, the activation cost will be automatically returned to your balance, and you will be able to select a different number.

We also strongly advise against attempting to restore accounts that belong to other people. Using a reissued number to access someone else’s account may violate the terms of that platform and can lead to the loss of your own account or access to related data.

For the safest experience, always start registration with a clean, unused number and follow recommended guidelines for preventing account blocks. This will help minimize the risks associated with reissued numbers and ensure smooth use of our service.
