Topped Up Balance, but Funds Didn't Arrive
If you topped up your balance but the funds were not credited to your account, follow these steps:
- Check your payment history in your banking app to make sure the transaction was successful.
- Make sure you entered the correct details during the top-up (e.g., phone number, account number, amount, recipient bank).
- If the money was debited but not credited, contact our support team using the form below.
