SMS Not Being Received

On average, SMS messages arrive to the number within 5 minutes. If your number does not accept the code, we have prepared some recommendations for you that may help you:

  1. Change the IP address
    This is important because SMS reception may depend on your IP address. Try using a VPN or proxy of the country whose number you bought. This is often the problem.
  2. Clear your browser or application (Depending on where you register)
    Delete cookies, cache, and browser history or application cache. This helps to avoid technical failures of the application/browser.
  3. Enable incognito mode (If you are using a browser)
    Use it for registration — it often solves the problem.
  4. Change the operator
    Try to buy a number from another mobile operator, sometimes this solves the problem.
  5. Restart your device.
    This can help you avoid technical failures in the operation of the application or the website on which you register.
  6. Try using an alternative registration application.
    Sometimes it solves the problem.

For convenience, the algorithm for using recommendations when registering in a mobile application is shown below.
Close your app before changing the phone number country. Then:

  1. Open the smartphone settings, go to the "Applications" section, and find the Name.
  2. Click "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache".
  3. Connect the VPN/Proxy of the country the number belongs to.
    Important! If you do not change the VPN/Proxy before restarting or do not clear the application data, it may not send the SMS code.

If nothing helps, you can cancel the activation — the money for the number will be returned to your balance, and you can try again. 

Also, if the activation period of the number has expired, but it has not received an SMS, the funds for the number will be refunded automatically.

There is a 15-minute rule in the case of using a rental number. If the number did not receive an SMS or turned out to be unsuitable for registration, you can cancel the number with a refund to the balance within 15 minutes after purchase. At the end of the 15-minute period, it is impossible to return the funds for the number, regardless of whether he accepted the SMS or not.
